MX System MX System is designed to meet the demand for a flexible, comprehensive yet affordable aircraft maintenance system capable of providing the critical information required by today’s operators -- maintenance component tracking, reliability analysis, maintenance planning, flight log administration, maintenance control, aircraft status, flight scheduling, parts purchasing and inventory control.
MX System helps to reduce the complexity inherent in maintenance planning and administration by organizing the various processes into intuitive, inter-connected modules geared to improve speed and accuracy of input and easy access to up-to-date information and reports. More importantly, the ease of use of the MX System promotes its acceptance by the end user, which ultimately determines its successful implementation in your company.

You are provided the flexibility of setting up the configuration of your fleet, and tracking components and documents as reflects your requirements. The MX System is built upon these modules:
MAINTENANCE RECORDS –
MX System allows you to build up your own configuration of aircraft & engine component models and document models. You identify your fleet type, aircraft, and engines; then set up your models, which provide the basis for component tracking and document compliance monitoring. In conjunction with the logpage administration module, you receive real-time information at the click of a button. In addition, historical compliance information is maintained for the life of the component in the system, which gives you important visibility of each component’s usage.
LOGPAGE ADMINISTRATION –
MX System ties flight log and logpage squawk data directly into maintenance component and reliability tracking functions allowing real-time information availability. Changes in flight operation information are immediately reflected in aircraft status, and squawk discrepancies and corrective actions are linked to compliance history for easy access.
MAINTENANCE CONTROL –
MX System provides a way of tracking Deferred Maintenance Items, and ship or shelf requirements. A DMI model can be setup for each aircraft type, and DMI’s tracked for relevant information and status.

AIRCRAFT STATUS –
Tied in with the Maintenance Control module, Aircraft Status provides visibility to the status of the fleet with regards to its current serviceability and check status history. This module also ties into DMI records, and maintenance planning items as related to maintenance control.
RELIABILITY ANALYSIS –
Parts received into the system are organized to relate to reliability models that you set up to reflect your requirements. MX System provides the ability to track component reliability through information provided from logpage squawks (or independent entry forms). The analysis provided gives you control over improving reliability, decreasing operating costs, and meeting regulatory requirements.
MAINTENANCE PLANNING –
MX System’s workscope module retrieves information from component forecasting analysis, and integrates the results into user-defined planning schedules. The workscope identifies material requirements and dates, and work objectives to ensure timely and efficient accomplishment of tasks.
PARTS PURCHASING –
The Parts module includes functions for Requisitions, Quotations, Purchase Orders, Exchange Orders and Repair Orders. Requisitions entered are selectable when entering purchase orders. Quotations are convertible directly to purchase orders. The purchase order module efficiently manages multi-item purchases and receipts. It seamlessly integrates with the inventory control module providing information on current inventory availability and costs, and receipts history.
INVENTORY CONTROL –
The Inventory module is capable of handling an unlimited number of inventory items and warehouses. Accurate and timely inventory statistics enables you to track future inventory needs.

MX System includes initial installation and setup, user training & documentation, plus an annual Support & Maintenance program, which provides technical support and access to all version upgrades.
